Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you ship from?

All of our pieces are designed in Melbourne and shipped from our Australian HQ. Every order is packed with care and dispatched as quickly as possible.

How much is shipping within Australia?

We keep it simple:
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $175
  • $12 flat rate standard shipping under $175
  • $17 express shipping Australia-wide

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once we’ve processed your order (usually within 1–3 business days), delivery times are:
  • Standard: 2–8 business days
  • Express: 1–3 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us at service@vyre.com.au as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes — but we can guide you through a return if needed.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we offer refunds for change of mind within 20 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached and any original packaging included.

We cannot accept returns on:
  • Socks or intimates (for hygiene reasons)
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

How do I get a refund?

Once we’ve received and approved your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.

My item arrived faulty — what do I do?

Please contact us at service@vyre.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number and a clear photo of the fault. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll ask you to return it to us before we process a refund, store credit, or replacement. We’ll cover the return shipping cost for genuine faults.

How should I wash my items?

Please refer to the care label on your garment. In general:
  • Use cold water
  • Select a gentle cycle
  • Avoid tumble drying where possible
  • Wash dark colours separately

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes — digital gift cards are available and delivered straight to your inbox. They can be used across the site and are a great last-minute option. You can find them here.

Will I get marketing emails or texts?

Only if you’ve opted in. We’ll send you early access, exclusive offers, and product updates — nothing excessive. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in our emails or by contacting us directly.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — but we’re working on it. We’ll be expanding shipping to New Zealand, the USA, and more soon.
