Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your order — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

You’re welcome to request a refund for change of mind within 20 days of receiving your order, provided the item:

  • Is in original condition
  • Has not been worn or washed
  • Has all original tags attached
  • Includes original packaging (where applicable)

We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Socks and intimates (for hygiene reasons)
  • Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us at service@vyre.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get back to you with next steps and the return address.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us at service@vyre.com.au within 7 days of delivery.

Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photo(s) of the fault or incorrect item

Once assessed, we’ll ask you to return the item before a refund, replacement, or store credit is processed. We will cover return postage costs for confirmed faulty or incorrect items.
