We currently ship orders Australia-wide using trusted delivery services. Here's everything you need to know about how your order will reach you.
All orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, sales, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always aim to get your pieces out as quickly as we can.
Timeframes depend on your delivery address and carrier delays. All delivery estimates are based on business days and begin once your order has been shipped.
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If you haven’t received tracking after a few days, feel free to reach out to us at service@vyre.com.au.
We currently use Australia Post for deliveries, but we may update our carrier in the future. If that happens, your shipping time and rates won’t be affected unless otherwise specified.
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping (including to New Zealand and the USA) will be coming soon — stay tuned.
